I know it’s been a little while since I last posted here. Running Fetch Photo Truck keeps me busy (in the best way), and while I’ve been out photographing legendary dogs all over the Denver area, something else has been happening behind the scenes. I’ve been lucky to build real relationships with other local businesses who care deeply about pets and their people.
Moving forward, I’ll be featuring a few of these amazing humans here on the blog, not as ads or promotions, but as a way to bring attention to folks who are doing truly great work. First up: my friends over at Colorado Tinting.

Your Pup Rides Shotgun. Make It a Comfortable Ride.
If your dog comes with you everywhere, then you already know how brutal the Colorado sun can be in your car. Tinted windows aren’t just for looks. They help reduce the heat inside your vehicle, cut glare, and block harmful UV rays.
That means:
• Your dog won’t be roasting in the backseat while you run a quick errand.
• Their eyes and skin get a little added protection—especially important for lighter-colored or short-haired dogs.
• They can sit comfortably without constantly shifting to find shade.
It’s also a win for you. Tinting helps preserve your car’s interior, reduces distractions on the road, and protects your own skin during those long drives up I‑70 or stuck on 6th Avenue.
Why I Trust Colorado Tinting
Jen and her team at Colorado Tinting take their craft seriously. Whether you’re going with a basic option or their high-end ceramic film, they’ll help you choose something that fits your lifestyle and stays within Colorado’s tinting laws. And they’re local, which means they understand our weather, our roads, and our dogs.
If you’ve been thinking about tinting your vehicle for the look or the function, I’d encourage you to check them out. This small upgrade makes a big difference in the daily comfort and safety of your ride, for both you and your pup.
Recently, another favorite dog professional, Zoomin Groomin had their fleet of vans treated by Colorado Tinting to make sure the vehicle stayed nice and cool during sessions.

More Denver business spotlights coming soon. Stay tuned.

Hi, I’m Ryan Erickson.
I am the owner and photographer of Fetch Photo Truck. I was born and raised in Colorado and love the many adventures it offers me every day. My black Labrador, Henry, is always by my side, ready for belly rubs, really big stretches, and all the fun we can find.
