I’ve been waiting just over a year for this news! I’m excited to announce that Fetch Photo Truck®, a Denver dog photographer, is now a federally registered trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Ryan’s attorney, Taylor Williams with Williams Law, helped him understand what a registered trademark means to clients:
“Trademarks are about more than just brand ownership. A registered trademark is a mark of quality assurance, authenticity, and reliability.
Trademarks identify the owner of a product or service and distinguish those products and services from those of competitors. They serve as indicators of quality and consistent standards, and allow consumers to make informed purchasing decisions. As a result, trademarks encourage a business to maintain or improve the quality of their products and services to ensure a positive reputation.
Customers can be sure that the products or services they purchase bearing the trademark align with the company’s values and promises, including those regarding the quality of their products and services.
Just like you know exactly the quality to expect when you buy athletic wear from Lululemon athletic wear, a car from Porsché, an Apple iPhone, or even just a burger and fries from McDonalds, your consumers can expect to receive a certain level of quality when they buy from you.” -Williams Law
Thank you everyone for your support and helping me grow my dream job of working with dogs!
Hi, I’m Ryan Erickson.
I am the owner and photographer of Fetch Photo Truck. I was born and raised in Colorado and love the many adventures it offers me every day. My black Labrador, Henry, is always by my side, ready for belly rubs, really big stretches, and all the fun we can find.
